Valiant Hearts Coming Home could leave Netflix’s exclusivity and reach consoles
Ubisoft Montpellier has come up with a great game to kick off 2024 in style. Prince of Persia The Lost Crown has generated really positive reviews, but the small French studio has been on a roll for a few years.
The creators of Raymand Origins or Rayman Legends are also known for having developed an absolute gem of a game like Valiant Hearts: The Great War in 2014, a narrative adventure about World War I.
More Valiant Hearts on the way?
Valiant Hearts: The Great War is one of the best games published by Ubisoft in years, but what many don’t know is that in 2023 it received a sequel that has gone unnoticed. Valiant Hearts Coming Home was released for mobile devices last year.
The game is exclusive to Netflix subscribers, but that could change soon. As VGC points out, the Brazil rating board has recently classified a console port for Valiant Hearts: Coming Home.
According to the data, this adventure game would arrive on PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch at some point in the future, but we can’t be sure until Ubisoft comments on it. Would you like to enjoy this title on a console?
Undoubtedly, this could bring the great experience of playing Valiant Hearts: Coming Home to many more players, a short game, but one that has already established itself as a worthy sequel to the original title.
As we said, Ubisoft Montpellier demonstrates its talent year after year (recently with Prince of Persia The Lost Crown) and this title of the Great War is another proof of it. Couldn’t play the first installment? This is how we rated it at the time.
Valiant Hearts is beautiful in its aesthetics and its background story, it’s a puzzle game so well woven that it hooks relentlessly… even though it doesn’t last long and doesn’t have much “replay”.
