Physical Video Game Sales from the United Kingdom

Physical game sales in UK return yet another week, this time with some movement in the top 10.

Games on PC, Steam Deck, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch vary each week in the UK, and this time it’s slightly different from what was seen during the previous week.

On that occasion, it seemed that Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League was on top. This time, that is not the case as it has dropped to the 3rd position on the list.

This week, Hogwarts Legacy has returned to the best sellers list, with 53% of sales in its Switch version, 24% in PS5, 11% in PS4, and 8% in Xbox.

The game is followed by EA Sports FC 24, with 36% of sales in PS5, 31% in Switch, 20% in PS4, and only 13% in Xbox.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder again ranks 4th, just like the previous week. The same goes for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, the Ninteno racing game, which repeats in 5th position as the previous week.

What’s surprising is that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has made a resurgence and entered the top 10 in the 6th position. Although Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 climbed one spot, it didn’t benefit much this time.

Physical game sales from the United Kingdom

In the midst of the FPS by Activision, we have Helldivers II, the game by Arrowhead that continues to surprise on Sony PlayStation consoles and through the Valve gaming platform.

The last two positions were taken by Tekken 8, which was very popular in January and at GAME, but this doesn’t detract from the fact that Minecraft continues to be the best-selling game of all time.

This is the top 10 list for the physical game sales from the United Kingdom for the week that just ended:
