Playdigious announces the release date of Loop Hero, the acclaimed dark fantasy roguelike, on mobile devices. You can already watch its official trailer.
It never hurts to play a good roguelike, right? And if it’s also on a portable and manageable device, all the better. Among all the games of the genre, Loop Hero is one of the most original and acclaimed.
First released in March 2021 for PC, the roguelike developed by Four Quarters would arrive months later to Nintendo Switch, and also to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles.
Loop Hero, for now, does not have a release planned on PlayStation, but it does on mobile devices. The idea is to target a broad market that has demonstrated a passion for this genre (we have already seen it with Dead Cells, for example).
The publisher Playdigious will be in charge of bringing Loop Hero to iOS and Android devices, and the best part is that we won’t have to wait long.
Higher up, you can watch the Loop Hero trailer for mobile, with a spectacular cinematic that will win over fans of roguelikes and dark fantasy.
The loop is approaching iOS and Android
Loop Hero sets course for mobile devices, with the help of Playdigious. The publisher has shared the release date for this roguelike title, both on iOS and Android.
It will be April 30th of this year when users can get Loop Hero for mobile phones and tablets.
In fact, you can access the game listings on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). In the case of the Android platform, it is already possible to access preregistrations for Loop Hero.
Playdigious has revealed some features of these versions, whose main attraction is the possibility of controlling it with the touch screen. The entire interface has been completely redesigned, to make it more comfortable to use.
Likewise, achievements for the game center have been added, cloud save, support for MFi accessories, and special optimization for all models of the iPhone 15.
In Loop Hero, players will have to free the world from the fearsome time control (loop) imposed by Lich, using different cards to place objects, enemies, and other elements in the path of our characters.
Loop Hero, one of the most special roguelikes, will arrive in the digital stores App Store and Google Play Store on April 30th, available for iOS and Android. You can also play it on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
