One of Diablo 4’s major developers has pointed out on Twitter that other updates coming in Season 3 of the game have been delayed. More details will be shared in the coming days.

Diablo 4 has added a good amount of content with the Season of the Automatons and despite some criticism, the game has a few incentives to return to Sanctuary. Although not all the updates have arrived at the same time.

Blizzard revealed that the rankings of the Tournament would arrive in Diablo 4 Season 3 a little later, on February 13. However, the ARPG development team has decided to indefinitely postpone that debut.

On Twitter, the director general of Diablo, Rod Fergusson, noted to fans that the development team had decided to “polish things up a bit” and postpone the tournament and leaderboards release until further notice.

It’s great to see the enthusiasm for the Tournament and leaderboards. We are still on track for Season 3, but we decided to take a little more time to polish some things, so it will not launch on February 13 as I mentioned in a recent podcast. We will share more details and the new date soon.
