Ethiopia – Your Pictures

“In pictures” slideshow displays this week’s images from three provincial capital cities. Awasa is the capital city of the Southern Nations Nationalities and Peoples Region (SNNPR), Bahir Dar is the capital city of the Amhara Regional state while Addis Ababa is the capital city of both the Oromia Regional State and the country in general.

These three urban centers, in addition to Dessie, Mekele and Bishoftu, are some of the main Ethiopian towns with substantial recent development.

why is Nekemt and jimma not developing like Bahir dar?? that is the bigquestion and areason why Oromo people have resentment

BISHOFTU is # 1 in Ethiopia

MINUS THE POLITICS, nothing in ethiopia can compare with resorts in bishoftu (debrezeit)

I love Ethiopia!

Hi guys, whether it is Bahir Dar or Hawassa or Jimma or Addis or Mekelle...,hold on,..IT IS ALL ETHIOPIA. Forget about regionalism. I love Ethiopia. The oromo people, Bahir Dar is yours. The Amhara people, Mekelle is yours. The Tigrie people, Jimma and Addis are yours. It is all Ethiopia!!!
